Great Product - Excellent Customer Service

Insightrix has been extremely easy for our team to use, the customer service is outstanding and they are always willing to help us out when we have questions. The analytics is not as robust as some of our competitors but overall it's a great product! We've been able to create multiple communities within Insightrix that are very specific to each client and also provide cross functional benefits across departments. Insightrix is a great tool. Engaging audience engagement software

The best thing about this tool is that it helps you create engaging content by letting users post questions or concerns, which other members can then comment upon. This has enabled us to have better conversations with our audiences while increasing the interaction rate of our website traffic. I don't see anything particularly bad here; however there are some features such as sharing posts from Facebook page directly into your blog could be improved so they would appear first before going…
