Review on 🚤 8-Pack Adjustable Buckle Straps for Securing Boat Covers - Simple 1" x 96" Straps by Jerome Pernell

Good quality but I would rather use a smaller rubber coated hook (soaked in rubberised paint) on either end of the strap to secure it through each sewn loop of my boat cover than tightening the plastic connector closer to the bottom of the belt boats. Plastic hooks don't work as they break after a few years. I don't need to use tie down straps as they are used to tow/tie down heavy/loose items and the steel ratchet can scratch the boat. Plastic clips and rubber coated steel hooks can be seen as nuances in GRP boat protection. I've searched and still can't find it.
