Those 11 inches include a thin rope that the toy hangs from. (Top of the paper holder as seen in the photo, below 3 strands of toys). Actual length of toys on string is 3 inches. Pro-Revain delivers fast - just a day later than expected and due to Covid-19. . Con- For the price paid, the lightweight toy (0.09 oz) only lasted 2 hours before my little bird rubbed it off. Con- The string that the toys are strung on can get caught on a bird's claw and tear off the claws.
