I bought these to stay hydrated as I don't drink as much water as I should and I'm so glad I did. I feel a lot better mentally and physically. I introduced it to my son who is a weightlifter and soccer player and he loves it, he likes to drink it before and after any physical activity. I introduced them well to my coward and they LOVE them too. I am a customer for life!
