Review on ☕️ Fino Pour Over Coffee Kettle Review: Your Ultimate 4 1/4 Cup Silver Brewer by Thong Pilla

Great little flex neck kettle that I use every day to pour coffee. I had to drill a central steam vent to mount my long stem water temp probe, but other than that it's a sturdy little kettle. I make about four cups of coffee a day in it, but depending on the recipe, six or more cups can easily be made if desired. After use, I drain all the water and put it on a hot surface. I do this to keep it from staining and so far it hasn't happened. The handle stays cool; no leaks. I highly recommend it for any job that requires a gooseneck kettle for controlled pouring. Used almost daily for draft coffee for about 18 months. NO RUST inside or outside. But water stains on the outside, very minor and easily removed with a metal polish (non-aggressive (I use Star Glow), just polished today and it reminded me to edit this review. I store with the water drained, do not wipe dry, nothing ) the rest and inside is just as bright as the day I received it. Stainless steel comes in many grades and can be confusing. Remember, the higher the number, the higher the rust resistance, ie. 304 stainless steel will rust if not cared for, 316 stainless steel does not rust and is used in high tech applications, especially industrial piping. If this kettle were made from 315 stainless steel it would be very expensive and much heavier than 304 stainless steel So whether you are buying this kettle (highly recommended) or any other SS kettle that needs maintenance from time to time. And this advice applies to anything you use to make coffee. Thanks very much!
