desoldering pumps, but I didn't need three wick spools either, which I found at the time and was also cheaper. So I thought I'd take the one with the pumps. The wick is perfect and if you have never used it for desoldering. It should be. The pumps work well and are good for removing large blobs of solder around the vias. This is good value for money.
Pros
- Easy to use: very easy to use, removes existing solder from the circuit board very well. Quickly remove the residue, heat the solder and press the button, and the soldering slag, all the solder will be sucked up, very easy to desolder.
