Review on 📶 TP-Link Deco S4 - Powerful Mesh WiFi System for Enhanced Home Coverage - 3-Pack by Mike Kimball

I bought this item assuming I don't need to use the app and subscribe to TP-Link cloud and just use the web interface like any other router and hotspot in the world can use. . nope There is no option to subscribe to their app and cloud BS and the web interface is a joke. It's little more than a status indicator. This might sound hateful, but I'm an IT professional, so I'm always worried about the security of my network at home, and this cloud service is probably located in China, which means they have access to all the information that I have entered that are not my idea of sure. It's unfortunate because I liked the idea of having "desktop" style Mesh APs in my house, but instead I'll just have to install other wireless APs or buy a competitor's product that doesn't subscribe to anything I'm able to be to use it.
