Works on Sierra High Performance Mac Mini

We have two Mac Minis with broken Wi-Fi (Common Symptoms: Wi-Fi Diagnostics says Wi-Fi is connected and operating at maximum speed while connections are dropping and the TX speed goes from zero to zoom and back in real time). Since replacing it seemed silly (we've already tried replacing the Wi-Fi card, which showed that the problem was with the driver or with the operating system). At first I thought about adding an access point with an ethernet connection, but it was taking up too much desk space. Tiny USB dongles have tiny Wi-Fi antennas and often slow speeds or antennas that limit computer placement. So there are options like this with a decent external antenna, USB 3.0 and wired connection. They all use pretty much the same chipset, so I went with the mid-range model because I figured I could return it if it didn't work. good as an internal wireless card on the Mac Mini. Verdict: After a full day of testing, this device stays securely connected to my mesh network, delivering data rates of around 60/250Mbps when the network is shared between multiple devices. It is better than Mac Mini Wi-Fi in terms of speed and reliability. I have never seen "Your Internet connection" is unstable since installing it. So far it's a win, especially for forty bucks. But it's only a day so I'll update this review in a week or two.
