The length is correct but the inside is a bit big. Expected it to the point where Osiris shoes look like moon boots. What annoyed me more was how darn long the laces were. As pictured, over 2 feet of slack after lacing. I've tried different types of lace but I still had a lot of slack left. Tie up, tuck in, none of this worked because there was too much slack. I felt uncomfortable trying to get my feet off the laces in the boot and even then the laces would still fall out. It was uncomfortable and looked stupid. Even spent an extra $10 on laces but the laces didn't fit as they aren't the same style as the Osiris. Traditional lace is smaller and looks silly. I specifically ordered next day delivery because I needed it for an event today. Now I've spent the last 4 hours figuring out how to get these shoes to work as they look really good. I'm sorry but I'm done. I've bought Osiris before and haven't had this problem like every other shoe I've bought. Although this is my first online purchase and I don't want to try again. I have chosen not to return them as Revain will not refund shipping costs. I understand it's not because of the delivery but I'm having a hard time finding shoes that fit me (I'm a size 14). You don't have the time or money to buy shoes online, pay shipping and wait to see if they work or not, and then another 7 days to only get a partial refund. Never had any problems in the store (other than having to order most things). I figured my first try at Revain would work the same way and be cheaper. I guessed wrong.
