Review on πŸ”ͺ Chicago Cutlery Walnut Tradition: 3-Inch Slant Tip Paring Knife - Reliable and Stylish, Brown by Christopher Smith

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not so old quality - bad wood on the handles

I need to sand down the rough wood on the handles on both knives I bought. It's tough enough that it's very uncomfortable to hold on to both, one side is much worse than the other. What good is a knife that you don't want to hold in your hands? The wood was also very dry, but can be easily fixed with cutting board oil. Not the same quality I've had for 20+ years that I still use.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Useless features
