I have recently tried out the BrewDemon conical fermenter kit for making hard cider and I must say it is a great tool for any home brewer. The kit comes with all the necessary equipment to make a 2-gallon batch of cider, including a conical fermenter, spigot, temperature gauge, airlock, and yeast. The instruction manual is easy to follow and it makes the brewing process a lot simpler than other methods I have tried. The conical fermenter is particularly impressive as it allows for a more efficient and effective fermentation process. The trub, or sediment, settles at the bottom cone of the fermenter, making it easy to remove without disturbing the rest of the cider. This results in a clearer, better tasting cider. However, there are some downsides to this kit. Firstly, the price may be a bit steep for some home brewers. Secondly, the fermentation process takes longer than other methods, but the final result is definitely worth the wait. Overall, I would highly recommend the BrewDemon conical fermenter kit to anyone looking to make hard cider at home.
