Review on Grant 691 Racing Wheel by Charlie Dillon

This is a normal steering wheel. Right out of the box, the knitting needles were worn out and the stitching was worn in places. It's ok - it was only $100. But what is totally unacceptable: There is no retaining ring for the horn button. I also bought an installation kit but without the ring. The horn button supplied with the steering wheel CANNOT BE MOUNTED WITHOUT THE RETAINING RING. I asked a question here on Revain. There are no answers so Revane deleted my question. I have sent several emails to Grants Support. No Answer. So I sent the steering wheel back and ordered the same one, thinking my first order was simply missing the locking ring. nope Got a second steering wheel, same model, but WITHOUT SIGNAL BUTTON SNAP RING!
