I've never paid anyone to work on brakes so I've done a few over the years with different brands, different makes and models. Installation was easy, new hardware was included. Always clean the attachment points of the gear and make sure the new gear is secure. The protrusions at the end of the pad needed a bit of filing as there were some flaws in the casting process that didn't allow free movement. The drive pins and brake boots were cleaned and reapplied with new 3M 08946. anti-squeak grease to all contact points. The brakes were then run in to the required specifications. For the first month they were very quiet, with practically no brake dust. After about 60-70 days, a faint squeak appeared and dust began to form. I took it apart again, inspected the pads, rotors, pins, everything looked fine as expected. Collected and still exposed to the same noise and dust. You still hear fine so that's the main thing, but if you want quiet then this isn't it. That aside, they're good for the money and I've had a lot worse.
