Faulty Internal Switch Product

We hired and paid our mechanic to install this item on our 2011 GMC Acadia. Two days later the window regulator button got stuck again. Four to five days later it was as bad as it was before the window switch was replaced. This was our second block exchange! GMC please help and make a switch that works!
