Review on Westin 271735 SureGrip Running Mounting by Eric Cooper

This quality fitting kit was delivered very quickly. There are no problems with Ryan. Please order footrests separately; this is an assembly kit only. However, the kit was missing four hex nuts, a small anomaly. I called Westin Automotive Products, Inc. and had to deal with a controversial and unhelpful customer service representative. Just to try and get four hex nuts. So stock up on extra gear, just in case. The instructions are poorly edited. The item numbers are wrong compared to the diagrams, but that's easy to understand even for most non-mechanics. When all the parts are installed, the installation takes about 2 hours. This kit also includes an extra bracket for diesel installations, which seems like an expensive and unnecessary addition. It seems to me that Westin could have put the right amount of nuts, put the extra diesel mounting bracket in a more expensive kit, and charged less for that mounting kit.
