cable is more expensive. But it's USB-C to Lightning, and there are other similar brands out there that have cables that are just as expensive, if not more so. I'm used to using Anker products and one day I had a problem and they refunded the money for the product. It seems like a brand that makes and supports decent stuff. I was a big fan of the sleeves they used in the previous generation. This one doesn't feel as comfortable / seems cheaper. Perhaps this is actually a more durable material. There is no noticeable size difference between II+ and III+ when you hold them in your hands. I don't know if they charge or transfer data faster.
