Very easy installation; Simply remove the computer cover, remove the cover from one of the PCI slots and insert it into the PCI slot. Tighten the screw and put the cover back on. It was easy to do! The software installation was very quick. I had a problem with my computer recognizing the modem and I called support. They were able to direct me (it turned out I had other modem software controlling the modem slot - I just turned it off and then that modem's software took over). The package included fax software that allows me to receive and send faxes right on my computer. It's very easy to use and I can see incoming faxes right on the screen. Recommended for home or small offices.
