It has been almost a year since I bought this Green Pan Set. Here are my thoughts after using them extensively: Overall: They're decent. I had a very hard time deciding between two or three rating stars. They work exactly as advertised when you first receive them and potentially up to 6 months after if you use them daily. Maybe more with less frequent use. Unfortunately, as with many pans, the non-stick coating wears out very quickly. If you're like me, you'll struggle with food sticking, from the smallest pans to the lesser-used large pots. And that even with care instructions up to T, down to not cooking with spray or extra virgin olive oil, keeping the heat low and washing only with an ultra-thin, non-abrasive sponge. That's right, I bought a very expensive olive oil made specifically for frying and the pans still form a sticky layer of what I'm cooking. However, the magnitude of this problem is usually quite small. Compared to other pots and pans I've owned, it's very easy to remove sticky food from them with a soft sponge. Another problem is that the bottom of these pans tends to discolor with use. I'd almost say it's rust if I wasn't absolutely sure I didn't dry these suction cups right after washing them every time. Pros: Excellent non-stick coating (less than a year). You look good, no. I doubt it.
