Review on πŸ”ͺ Optimized Chamfering Cutter Countersink for Flute Degree by John Jones

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works well after some trial and error.

It takes a little practice to become vibration free when using a hand drill, but once I experimented a bit and found a technique that didn't leave vibration marks, I was pretty happy with them. With so many different sizes, you can bevel holes that are usually hard to reach, such as B. Holes near a shallow step on the side of the part. I have used them daily for 3-4 weeks in everything from 304SS/A2/D2 to aluminum/plastic and they have done their job in everything. I haven't tried running them in the spindle because I'm too busy to sit down and take the time to actually draw an accurate profile to represent the tool, but I will do so once we get in the Workshop slow down a bit and update if there are any problems.

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Socket Required
