I really like that you can see who is looking at our website from different devices, but sometimes it takes a long time for them to load up. It's helpful because we can see where people are coming from and what they're searching for. Also, it makes my job easier by giving me specific information about which accounts we should focus on. We haven't found anything we don't like yet! I think this program would be great if more of your prospects were using it. This definitely helps us out when trying to reach new prospects. Before, we didn't know exactly how many people were interested in our product or service. Now, we have that information.
