Know what you want. These towels are not soft, not for your face, not for blowing your nose etc. They are durable towels for drying and keeping hands clean when doing kitchen work etc. They are often described as 'professional'. There are other Kleenex wipes that are softer and perhaps better suited for general use, but don't confuse them with these durable hand wipes. I use them all the time and appreciate them for what they are. Don't belittle them because they aren't something else.
