really good set! I used this on my Trek 820 mountain bike (I really only use it for the trails/beach. It has a triple speed in the front and a 7 speed in the rear). This restored shift and brake function works as good as new, if not better. The body and cables are upgrades from the original that came with the bike. I was missing two plugs for the shift cables. I actually have some left over from the Jagwire Road Kit that I bought so it didn't really matter to me. I'm only saying that because you might want to pick up a few extra if you need them. As someone said there are 8 pieces in the kit and I needed 10. I will definitely be buying again.
