This small starter kit has everything that is advertised. The hooks are colored aluminum hooks with conical heads. This is a very common hook head, along with line heads, but to be honest which better of the two is just personal preference. These are the easiest crochet sizes and are great for the beginner, instructor, or experienced knitter who just wants to stock up on common items. I'm the latter and like whatever comes with everything rather than buying everything individually. Also, the case is really cute, durable and I never have too many cases with hooks.
