Broke in first 2 minutes

My poor bird enjoyed it for about 2 minutes before it broke and a perch and bird went down. The cables are too thin to fit on a screw and the end of the cable is split causing it to break. The person making and selling this should be ashamed for making such a poor product. Buy another brand or make your own. It's literally an offshoot with a double ended bolt with 2 washers and a wing nut. I will be making my own from now on.

Each perch comes complete with a metal wing nut and built in screw. No additional hardware is required for installation and the perches provide a secure fit.
