I like how easy it is to navigate through their platform. The support team has been great too! It's not bad at all. Sometimes we don't receive emails or calls regarding issues with our account but they are quick to respond once notified. We've had some minor glitches here and there but nothing major so far. If you're looking for a robust accounting solution then this might be what your after. Their customer service and technical help can sometimes be slow in responding as well, which would make me hesitant if i were them. They have helped us solve many problems within our organization and made the process much more efficient.
