Review on Black Cube Stainless Nonstick Cookware by Heather Preston

As a former professional chef, I take my cookware seriously and demand a lot. The Black Cube line is the best cookware I have ever used. The design is very durable and easy to use. The lids fit perfectly and allow you to see through them to follow the progress without having to open them and let the heat/steam escape. The steam outlet gives you more options when you don't want to make steam. They heat up very quickly and can be used on any heating element (although I haven't tried the induction or campfire options). But ultimately what's best is their unusual cooking surface, which offers even heat and a really stable non-stick surface indefinitely. I have had a small (8 inch) frying pan for 2 years and the surface is intact even after hundreds of uses. Metal utensils don't mind the Black Cube's finish, and silicone certainly delights. Finally, these pans are the easiest to clean and look beautiful. I usually just sweep up the leftovers and throw them in the dishwasher so they look pristine and pretty like the day they arrived. I enthusiastically recommend the entire Black Cube product line.
