Review on AVS Smoke Low Profile Rain Guards For 2008-2011 Subaru Impreza Hatchback, WRX, STI, And Outback Sport (6-Piece Set) by Eddie Rivas

Just purchased the product for a MY2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. Fitment was not a big issue at all - maybe a less than a cm here or there but nothing noticeable or that can't be fixed by adjusting the product upon install. The slimness of the visors looks great on the vehicle and keeps the clean lines intact. So far though I have two gripes with the product1: Once I finished the install I took a clean dry microfiber towel to wipe down the visors due to dust and fingerprints and I noticed it left small scratches. Not a deal breaker by any sorts. The visors are made out of the same material as most other visors on the market and they would probably act the same. These are hairline scratches and can not be seen from a far but to a stickler like myself I will notice every time I detail the vehicle. I truly do not believe this to be a product specific deficiency but an overall micro annoyance of most visor kits. 2: The design of the third rear hatch window visor is in my opinion slightly flawed. One of the plus's of the product for me was the addition of this third visor but it looks a little off just ending in the middle of the window. I feel it would be more appealing to the eye if it were to continue to the edge of that window and complete the curve. But again not a deal breaker on this product and you can always not attach this visor if you choose.Install: Install of the product was a breeze and took 20 min or less. But take your time while installing to get the best fitment.Overall I have not been able to use this product to its full extent (weather wise) since having just installed the visors. But above is my first impressions and thoughts from install. Hope to be able to update this review down the road with possible photos.
