I had a bad experience with a Wen junk belt sander and vowed never to buy a Wen again. Dude, who's really impressing me here! Seriously, I was really surprised at how well it cuts both cement board and floating floor panels. I wanted to buy a standard Diablo flooring blade, but Home Depot didn't have stock. I never buy those crappy Avanti blades. Searched the internet and found this villain. In fact, it took me a blade to cut hardboard and lay about 250 square feet of mourning flooring. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Saved half the price of purchasing Diablo. Excellent value for money and quality. If I were on a construction site now, I can't attest to the longevity in daily use. For the DIYer, this saved some money.
