Review on 🛴 Globber V2 Adjustable Height 3-Wheel Scooter by Eddie Fowler

I actually had an experience similar to the popular 1 star rating regarding brake failure, but my experience with customer service was completely different. I emailed their customer service team, mentioned the fact that my daughter had a broken brake (we bought the scooter about 6 months ago) and a few hours later a man from Australia replied to ask where I was. I replied and he quickly copied the North American team persona and shortly after they informed me that they would be sending a brake and a new rear wheel at the same time (noting that we would need it). in summary). They did all this for free. I really appreciated it. and my daughter loves this scooter. I like the scooter very much. She glides so well on that thing. I can go jogging with my four year old and that is very important to me. It's extra time to spend with my daughter and we're having a lot of fun on these runs. The only thing that I think could have been better is that the instructions could be put on the spare brakes, but it didn't take me long to figure it out. If anyone is reading this and having this problem, just unscrew all the screws from the bottom. You don't have to remove the wheel.
