I used this to scrape paint off a concrete porch (about 45 square feet) and it worked. I attached it to my Makita 4.5 inch angle grinder and it was fine. You must wear safety goggles, gloves, long pants and a long shirt when using this wire bowl. Most of it is intact but a few wires flew off and poked me like an arrow (they all do). For my porch I used it continuously for about 30 minutes and I suspect it has worn down about 25% of the wire (i.e. 75% I used with a washing machine at 2500psi before hitting the porch with one Wire Mug The washer could tap off the peeling paint, but the mug could do the rest of the job.
