Review on 🍳 8-Piece Copper Ceramic Coated Cookware Set - Induction Compatible by CONCORD by Jasmine Penny

They're a really good weight and the surfaces don't feel sticky, but the packaging they came in has seen better days. Some of the pots have scuffs and scuff marks both inside and out and the strangest thing is that although they look brand new, one of them has burn marks on the bottom which makes me wonder if that particular pan has been used before. For the price, I expected it to be in perfect condition, so I'm obviously a bit disappointed. However, this does not seem to affect the actual performance. Haven't been able to use them yet but I'll update this review in case something else is wrong - I really hope they live up to their promise and for now I'm sure they will. UPDATE JULY 28: Upon further inspection, both the frying pan and small frying pan have minor cracks/scratches in the coating which I think may affect the life of the frying pans. I am wondering/wishing the company would agree to replace either these two or the entire set as I have not used them and have barely taken them out of the box. I wonder if it was just a bad delivery experience, although there are marks on the set that make it hard to believe they were made during delivery. Possibly process beforehand. UPDATE JULY 28: The company contacted me within minutes of posting my review. Your customer service is simply the best I have seen in years. Not only did I receive a sincere apology, they also offered to ship me a new kit for free (allowing me to keep the old, scratched kit). I am completely amazed at how responsive and quick Concord cookware has been and it only reinforces my plans to purchase a few more of these products from them to complete my set. I'll update you guys on how it's made as soon as I have time to try them - THANK YOU CONCORD!
