I like that it has so many features to choose from with multiple levels of user experience, allowing companies large or small can find what they need without being overwhelmed by too much choice! The support team is also super helpful in any way needed for us at this stage as we are still early into using their products - but if you're not sure how something works feel free ask them questions (and do try out some demos!).
It's great having all these options available when there isn't always time to work through everything ourselves before making important decisions such as which billing software will suit your business best! We have been able solve most issues within minutes instead waiting days upon weeks while trying other solutions previously used only internally prior to switching over completely once our clients were onboarded successfully enough!! This was especially useful given one issue where an old client had changed addresses leaving no contact email address remaining after several months passed since last communication thus.
