Incredible Full Lined Stainless Steel Cookware - Incredible Price

My God, this is a wonderful range of tableware. I've been a passionate cook for over 40 years and have never had a cookware I love more. I only wish I had waited that long to make an investment like this. I've been fascinated by All-Clad stainless steel cookware for a long time, but I just couldn't grapple with the cost of pots or find the budget. I've amassed quite a collection of pans: a few enameled cast iron pans, a few hard-coated Calphalon pans, a few stainless steel pans, and a few cheap non-stick pans that I've replaced quite often. I got to that point again, but instead of buying another nonstick pan, I discovered this line of Cuisinart French Classic cookware. What an exceptional value! The pans are wonderful. I bought a 12" pan, a smaller 8" and 10" pan and a 2 quart pot. The pans are beautiful. They're heavy, but in a good way. The handles are comfortable and cool (but the extra handle on a 12" pan gets hot!). They heat up so well and evenly that nothing above average is needed or should be used. Allow pan to heat up before adding food. Food gets a nice, even browning, "love” as the French would say, better than any pan I've ever had. It has no hotspots. You cook great. on my new Frigidaire gas stove. One of the biggest surprises is how easy it is to take care of! Friend, in a pan, and the remains are immediately removed. I'm amazed And very happy. Yes, they are an investment in a way. But they're significantly cheaper than their all-clad counterparts. I've used a few of these pans in my friends' kitchens and they come in an almost limitless variety of shapes and sizes. Every day you can mix and match these classic French pans with any other. Oh, and they're MADE IN FRANCE! Well done Cuisinart! Please expand existing parts!
