Review on πŸ”ͺ Powerful Milwaukee 2445-20 M12 Jig Saw tool: A Versatile Must-Have! by William Gildea

The saw is currently running. This could be improved.

The Milwaukee M12 line includes several outstanding models. While this gets the job done, it does have a few flaws that keep it from being what it could be. I bought it because I'm already in the m12 line and the wired puzzle might be clumsier than I'd like. The battery life of this tool is surprisingly good and the brushed motor makes the tool significantly heavier than expected. When cutting, I noticed a strong vibration. It was very uncomfortable for long sessions. It also caused the fragile acrylic splinter shield to shatter and the angle adjustment lever on the rear to unlock. In fact, after stopping and locking the lever, it would come loose every minute or two of cutting. Not only did it slow me down, but it also cut corners where it wasn't desirable. All in all I think it's better to buy a cheap chainsaw from Skil and be done with it. I hope that one day Milwaukee will add a new blade to complement the M12 platform.
