Perfect fit for my 2004 F250 6.0 - My old alternator was putting out 12 volts (battery light on dash) during testing and would not turn off. For this reason, the truck could not be taken out of service because the batteries were not fully charged. The generator was a direct replacement and the installation took less than 10 minutes from unboxing to cleaning the tools. After starting the truck, the voltage was tested perfectly at 14.4V - you can't get better than that to get it running again and running fast and cheap.
