I just installed this for quite a bit of money and now the app won't connect to start charging. You have to control the charger with an app - there is no other way. The error I'm getting (Could not start session) doesn't appear anywhere in the help material. I called 24/7 support and got the answer "in 48 hours". The man on the phone, while helpful, was not a good listener. For example asking if the light was still green when it was never green and saying that we should try a factory reset right after the factory reset is complete. Today I'm looking for a public charging station after spending a lot of money setting up a home charger. I do not recommend.
