Piccalilly is a British brand of baby and children's clothing that designs clothes made using only organic cotton for babies and children. They buy and process the cotton they use from a project called Chetna Organic. The Chetna Organic Project is a project that I find successful because it supports small farmers and allows them to do more profitable and successful jobs. In addition, Chetna farmers have a 10% stake in the Piccalilly company, and in fact, it is very good for both Chetna and Piccalilly that they own this stock. Thanks to the fact that Chetna farmers own this stock, a win-win system is emerging. As a result of the good work of the Chetna farmers, Piccalilly produces a better job, and thanks to the stock, the Chetna farmers also earn more. With this system, a very successful and sustainable earnings system emerges. I really admire this wonderful system. I think Piccalilly and Chetna, who have a clever partnership and a clever strategy, will do even better.
