we live in a very hilly area and our house is mostly surrounded by thick concrete walls. It's also almost directly between the two nearest cell towers, so we're not getting coverage without a booster. using the omnidirectional antenna that came with my surecall fusion4home kit, we got intermittent but fairly reliable coverage. - with this antenna our speeds have increased. The previously constantly distorted call quality was immediately clear. In our situation, this was a life saver. highly recommended.
