The instructions were so tiny and imprecise, there was no immediate install driver, the device was just recognized as a mass storage device instead of a wireless adapter. I've tried putting it in every USB port area on my computer, but it was never recognized as an internet adapter. When I unplugged the old 300 I was trying to replace, I kept losing internet connection and no other Wi-Fi options ever became available. Searched the web for the best driver installation/advertisements for two hours with no success. Since tech support is in China and there is no way to contact them right away on the website, I didn't want to wait for an email response. I think it's better for me to stick with the brand I know, just walk away from that line, rather than going to that unreliable and unknown technology brand.
