They don't last but a few months
I bought these to go inside a light fixtures and mount to the head board. They come on with the TV remote, sometimes with their own remote sometimes not sometimes they won't come on at all and then sometimes they won't go off. We have to take the batteries out to get them to go off. All but one has stopped working and we have used them less than 4 months
