Easy to clean and WHAT an amazing time saver
These foil trays are fantastic! I've used real clam shells in the past for stuffed oregano clams and Rockefeller oysters, which had to be soaked in hot, soapy water, then shelled and dried. I just throw the film in the trash with them. They also work really well when I freeze clams or oysters and put them in Ziploc. Such cleaning and time saving, they work every penny!
