This is NOT a radio NOAA ALERT
I wish I knew better when I bought this and now the returns window is closed. This is normal for a small radio, but it doesn't have the NOAA ALERT features it should have. I am in an area with wildfires and earthquakes and need a radio that will ALERT me if I need to evacuate. The "NOAA" part is that it has a NOAA weather channel. NOT what I assumed when I bought it. If you want to receive disaster alerts, this is NOT FOR YOU. And a 24/7 support hotline? Where? how? Number is not listed anywhere.
