Exact OEM replacement. Replaced one on my 2005 Saturn Vue 3.5 6c many years ago. When changing the timing belt, I accidentally discovered that the old one was defective (loss of oil). This fixed the gearbox problem, the car always seemed very difficult to shift, but it was just that this bracket was removed. Lasted about 70k (car was at 178k) before I had a car accident with this Saturn. .I bought a new 2006 Saturn Vue after losing my old one. Just changed the timing belt and replaced the same part since I was there. Everything was fine with the old one this time. a small leak but it was cheap insurance and it was easy for me to get a new one while doing other work.
