Review on SilkOne EMR by Eric Young

It's an easy system to use with intuitive navigation for medical providers as well as patients/clients. I like having my patient information in one place instead of scattered throughout their visit or even multiple visits when it was easier just keeping track of appointments themselves! The only thing about this program so far has been some lag time between entering data into the computer (either from typing directly onto screen or clicking through menus) compared to other programs where there were no such issues. This makes me feel less efficient than perhaps necessary but not enough to stop using them all together. Having access to all past records at once versus going back via old folders can be helpful if you need specific info as we are seeing new clients daily and cannot access previous info easily with our current systems. I love how it allows me access from any device at anytime for appointments or anything in between! It's also very easy once you get used too use all of its functions & has an awesome customer service team as well!! Nothing so far but great support staff with quick responses when needed (sometimes they're slow lol). This program does exactly what we need right now which makes our life easier overall by having one place where everything goes through instead off multiple files/emails etc..
