That's good customer care! So here is my rating. It takes a bit of practice to use it well. In particular, it has been best for me to start at one end and work my way to the other, or start from the middle. When I first applied I was just trying to evenly distribute the heat and the ends closed faster leaving some air in the middle. So just take the advice. After a few experiments it works like a charm! Love it! Already saved a few iPhone charging cables and a rather expensive 30-pin lighting converter. It has dozens of smaller diameters that I would never use and only a few medium sizes that I really need.
