This is a very simple leak detector. Works well
Need basic attic drain pan leak detectors. This consumes a minimum of battery before triggering. There were no problems with this. Detects water at a depth of 1mm. It has worked several times. Not disturbingly loud, but loud enough that I could hear it in the attic from a closed room on the first floor. Good buy.
