should have commented. You never know if the buyer installed the product correctly, wrote a bad review about what they did wrong, or if there is something wrong with the incoming signal. But I have to say that this NETGEAR Power line has lived up to expectations. I've had this on Comcast Cable since February 24th and I have four kids who play a lot of online games on PS4 and NET FLIX. I didn't have any lag or freeze issues like with WIFI. Trust me I would have heard about it not working properly like I used to do with WIFI. It installed in minutes and was great. Yes, the socket is a bit bulky, but I used the extra socket without any problems. I'm a shopper who does a lot of research on pricing and other features of electronic devices. After doing a lot of research, I came across it in C-NET reviews and it was rated as one of the best of 2017. I will post any updates in the future.
