There are a few V1s that worked, some V2s and a few V1s that didn't worked work . maybe it was a different version of the board(?) As for the boards themselves, it would be nice if Waveshare could do the following: - each board should have 2 connectors so they can be connected in series - remove the DC pin. All data and configuration must go through MOSI - Close the BUSY contact. It has to go through MISO. Why can't it just be an old standard SPI and not SPI + some other random pins? It would be ideal if the boards could have VCC, GND, MOSI, MISO, SCK connected in series and have a CS pin for each display. There should be no other cables. be easy!
