The best thing I like about this software is that it provides me with everything in one place, from keeping track of my inventory to managing all customer service issues related directly or indirectly to our products as well as tracking leads/customer acquisition efforts! It's very easy for customers who are not tech-savvy - such us non-technical salespeople using their laptops at events (like tradeshows) --to use because you can easily see your entire pipeline on every page without having navigate away multiple times between pages during busy trade shows!!
