This is my second mount to fit what I already have and gives me 2 spare tires for my boat trailer. During the boating season we do a lot of sailing on different lakes from California to Nevada or Arizona. So 2 parts are better than one. The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation. It's pretty obvious that someone can steal your spare part simply by loosening the screws. Why give a bad review at all. You are pretty stupid or just plain stupid if you think this is evidence of a theft. Buy one of these locks or use a bike cable lock to deter theft. If someone wants to steal your spare part, they'll take it anyway. The product is durable. Because it is zinc, it will not rust like other fasteners. As I said this is my second one to match my other one I had for almost 2 years. We run in both salt and fresh water, and the bracket or screws are not in the form of rust. I definitely recommend this particular mount and no others.
